Reading Movie Review Helps

I decide if I want to see a movie based on what it's about and who is in it. There are some actors that I'll watch in anything, and there are some I won't watch in anything. Its the very reason I read movie reviews and if it's highly recommended, I'll check it out. I also watch all movies nominated for the main Oscars (Picture, Director, and the acting awards) even if I wouldn't normally.

On a Side Note: I think reviews are very helpful on more low key movies. Where people recommend those types of movies based on other likings. Reading a review for a horror movie and then finding out its similar to something else helps.

Plus I enjoy reading reviews after it to see what people liked and didn't like about it.

They help, but certainly can be deceiving (*ahem ahem).
