Stereotypes Exist for a Reason
The human brain is great at examining data and finding patterns. Where we see actions correlated with a certain skin color, we see a trend.

However, it is important to note that all traits are inherited independently. Skin color has no effect on one's intelligence or physical prowess, or personality. This is a misunderstanding of correlation vs. causation.

Finally, even though stereotypes do exist, we must never hold anyone to those stereotypes. Always expect the best in people, because no matter the background, anyone can be horrible, and anyone can be great.
